clearly, i dun understand why i'm still up during the wee hours of the least anticipated day of my holidays and i'm so inclined to ponder over things especially past happenings during times when silence reigns.

very quickly, the holidays passed and school is reopening really soon like tmr. so fast. i had not enjoyed enough and i really regretted not spending time wisely hanging out together with friends.

last friday, we had our last gathering of our two months long holiday and i had a great time, from organising it, preparing yanting's and singxuan's bday celebration, and the food, singing till my throat nearly went dry (loved the duets!), trying to smack jy's butt to seek revenge... and i tremendously enjoyed it.

BUT

once school starts, a gathering like that would be sth like once in a blue moon. though some of us will be in the same school, the chances of being in a same class will be really slim, neither the chances of meeting up for breaks will be high. we will be having our own friends, and even if we bump into each other in school, time will only permit and limit us to two words - hi and bye. we may say just organise gathering lo but will there be a day when everybody is free? the answer is very clear. i believe the get-together which everyone can surely make it will be during nh's teachers' day celebration, but it's months away.

now, even before school starts, im already starting to miss lotsa things abt nanhua. my fulfilling 4 years there, fellow classmates, (ex-) section mates, band mates, some teachers, 401, band, and even the washrooms, the cleanest ones i have ever been to besides my home one. the entire campus was where all the excitement started and ended, only leaving memories to keep and reminisce.

life ahead will be different. the pace of jc life is going to be much much faster. everything is starting fresh. everything is going to be new. new life, new environment, new acquaintances...

guekleng, it's time to let it go and move on.

well, to all: all the best in your future undertakings. do stay happy always.
